Leaderboards
- Added skin fragments leaderboard
- Added leaderboard select menu to command:(leaderboard)
- Increased amount of people per page in command:(leaderboard) to 10

- Improved invalid split message when trying to make a partial offer for items

- Moved some earlier vote level rewards later in the track
- Buffed some later track items to include more coins

- Added some new possible items that can be dropped, and increased the likelihood of some items we'd like to see more of
Birthday Cake
- +25 vote levels option can only be used once per month, and the vote levels given in the first 25 levels are a lower value than the cost of the cake. Don't bother wasting money buying this on your alts, but it's not against the rules either.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed elf on the shelf expiration notification
- Fixed skins unlocked by default being "Godly" when found as a duplicate
