Refund Guidelines

Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our services. While we stand by the quality of our digital goods and subscriptions, we understand that sometimes issues may occur. When they do, we are committed to doing our best to correct the problem promptly.

All refund requests should be sent to admin@dankmemer.gg. We will investigate each case individually and endeavor to provide a resolution. However, we will not tolerate any attempts to abuse our system or staff. Should an account engage in such behavior, we reserve the right to ban the account and any associated accounts from our services.

Refunds and LemonSqueezy

We process all payments, whether for one-off purchases or subscriptions, through LemonSqueezy. If you encounter issues with a purchase, believe a fraudulent payment has been made, or did not authorize your child to make a purchase, please contact us immediately at admin@dankmemer.gg. We will work to address the issue and provide a partial or full refund where appropriate. Reasons for potential refunds:

  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payments (proof is required)
  • Delivery issues with purchased digital goods or subscription benefits
  • Payments made without the cardholder's permission

Refunds are not guaranteed, but we will make every reasonable effort to ensure that we issue refunds where a digital good has not been consumed or where a service has not been fully rendered.

Chargebacks

We encourage all customers to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues you may have. However, if a chargeback is made without first trying to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to ban the account and any associated accounts from our services. We fight all chargebacks and will take necessary measures to protect our services and our users.

Please be aware that a chargeback initiated for services or digital goods that have already been delivered and rendered is a violation of these terms and may be considered a fraudulent act. We take such matters very seriously and will treat them as a form of theft. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies. This may include, but is not limited to, reporting the incident to relevant credit bureaus and law enforcement agencies, and initiating civil action to recoup the value of the stolen goods, plus any fees, damages, and legal costs incurred by our company.
