Added new setting: "Expose IDs"
- This setting exposes user id's in a few places (leaderboards, fight ranking, market accept notifications)
/settings command (main menu) has a new design now
/serversettings command has a new design now
/serversettings role settings (e.g "Event Manager") now use Discord's role select menu (instead of inputting id manually)

Misc

Slightly redesigned Market Accept notifications
improved /title set search (in a few edge cases)
