(fyi this is a premium server perk, but everyone forgets about it!)
- Made all responses to setting the webhook url ephemeral
- No more accidentally using this in a public channel and getting people to abuse your webhook!
- Fixed PTB discord webhook links not working
- Replaced /r/surrealmemes with /r/historymemes to add more variety as /r/surrealmemes seems to be dying down and lower quality lately

- Key was acting strangely again, squashed that bug again.
