Temporary Major Nerf

Due to an alarming increase in daily coins being generated by fishing in the last two weeks causing hyperinflation, we're releasing this "emergency" patch to hold over until season 3.5's release so we don't ruin the rest of the game while waiting for an update.

Some of these changes are purely temporary and will be reverted in season 3.5 coming early this month, some are not temporary due to reasons we have not announced with an upcoming new feature (tune in sunday to find out).

• Default chroma chance reduced from 0.7 to 0.3
• Default unique chance reduced from 0.8 to 0.4
• Default chroma multiplier reduced from 15x to 3x
• Default high quality multiplier reduced from 3x to 2x
• Default unique multiplier reduced from 10x to 5x
• Location LB winner luck reduced from 50% to 10%
• Location LB winner cooldown reduced from 50% to 25%
• Fish LB winner sell multiplier reduced from 1.25x to 1.05x
• Base boss price reduced from 6,000,000 to 5,000,000
• Haggler 6 reduced from 185% to 150%
• Economist 5 reduced from 1.5 to 1.35, and Econ 6 reduced from 1.75 to 1.5
• Delegator 7 reduced from 2x to 1.75x
