Passive Mode

Due to multiple instances of country-wide internet outages causing some users to lose passive mode, we're adding some additional protections for all passive mode users.

Passive mode now expires at 14 days of no commands, instead of 5 days.
At 12 days with no commands, you now get a DM reminding you about passive mode expiring 2 days after this warning.
