Premium

• Premium servers set by $5 memberships now give the same perks as $10+ membership premium servers
• Added multiple new premium server perks:
  • Random channel events spawn 25% more commonly
  • Discovery Bonuses:
    • Premium border on server card
    • Custom tags on server card
  • Server events (search spawn/mythical fish) can now ping a role
  • Server events happen more frequently
  • Leaderboard Bonuses:
    • More time filters (day/month unlocked)
    • Custom embeds for leaderboard announcements
    • Ping roles for leaderboard announcements
• Reduced the amount of premium servers given per tier

Server Events

• Server Events are events that are server-wide, similar to mythical fish before this update.
• Only one server event can be happening at once, and there's a 3% chance to spawn a server event per hour (premium servers have a higher chance)
• As detailed above, we added the ability to let this ping roles if your server is premium.
• Added a server event: Search Spawns
  • When this event is active it unlocks a new search location only available during these events.
  • These search locations are decently balanced towards higher rewards than most search locations, but are not overly OP.

Channel Events

• Channel events are the classic Dank Memer experience with "random events".
• An event will spawn in a channel and have some sort of mini-game rewarding prizes.
• By default events will pick a random channel thats had commands ran in the last 3 days. If you want events spawning in specific channels, you can do that on your server dashboard.
• Added 10 initial channel events:
  • Dank Memer Corp: First to say a phrase wins
  • Punch Pepe: First to correctly punch pepe wins
  • IQ Competition: 2 people enter, smartest wins (rng)
  • Dice Champs: 3 people enter, luckiest wins (rng)
  • Reverse Reverse: First to type the phrase backwards wins
  • Trivia Night: First to answer the trivia question correctly wins
  • Dank Scrambled Eggs: First to unscramble the word (+ eggs) wins
  • Fish Guesser: First to correctly name the fish wins
  • Item Guesser: First to correctly name the item wins
  • Boss battle: 2-5 people team up to defeat the boss and everyone wins
• Added 5 new items unique to random events:
  • D100: Collectible
  • Hardhat: Trinket (usable)
  • Cooked Eggs: Sellable
  • Smol Brain: Collectible
  • Big Brain: Sellable
• Heads up, after a short while in a future update we will make a bundle for event items!
• The lottery ticket item no longer increases the chance for events to spawn, but gives you a chance to get double rewards when winning events.
• We've built this new events system to be INCREDIBLY easy to make new events for the future. If you have ideas let us know!

Server Leaderboards

• Added a new type of leaderboard made with keeping server engagement alive in mind.
• In your server dashboard you'll find settings for your leaderboard, allowing you to enable/disable them as you wish.
• Premium servers get more features, as detailed above.
• Members can check this quickly with /server leaderboards, and click the button to see the full leaderboard INCLUDING member's custom titles and badge.
• You can set these up to post announcements for winners when the time period is up, anywhere in your server!
• The data we're tracking for initial server leaderboards are: Commands ran, server pool donations, fights won, fish caught, slots wins, snakeeyes wins, roulette wins, blackjack wins, adventure wins, random event wins, and deaths.
  • If you have specific metrics you'd like tracked for server leaderboards, let us know!

Discovery Web Page

• Added categories to discovery
  • Ongoing events: Servers with ongoing SERVER events
  • Trending Servers: Servers with the most joins recently
  • Robbing Targets: Servers with either rob or bankrob enabled
  • Member Count: Servers with discovery on sorted from highest to lowest member count
• Added member counts to discovery cards
• Added bankrobbing enable/disable to discovery cards
• Added server tags to discovery cards

Server Management

• Added the ability to let certain roles (admins recommended) to ignore command permissions.
  • This means any role you set will ignore ALL other command permissions set for that server, use this carefully.
• Added a new autoresponse type in your server permissions: dead chat.
  • Will respond to anyone saying "dead chat" with a random insult.

Misc

• Added a logout button on the dashboard
• Updated the dashboard home to not be empty
• In many menus (including user settings) you no longer have to click save. It's saved automatically.
  • If you believe a setting isn't correctly saving, first check which account is logged into the website.
• Now selling gems and 1 membership on the discord store (pc only, found in the bot's profile)
  • This is the same offering as our website but we lose a bigger cut, just fyi.
