Fixed a bug with random event boosts (edge case) causing them to not spawn after boost purchase
Quality time event now works differently: Instead of only spawning HQ creatures it will only spawn HQ creatures at a minimum. This means any normal catch is instead HQ, but you can still catch chroma or unique variants. (Doesn't apply to creatures that have no HQ variant)
