- Completely overhauled (most) fishing views to the new component system, and added a series of QoL changes in addition, to help players need to run fewer commands while fishing.
- For example, being able to open the fish shop or market from the equipment picking screen.
- Season 9 has released: Season of the Undead
- Creatures:
- Added 2 new fish (crypt): 1 boss, 1 absurdly rare
- Added 11 unique zombie variants to existing fish
- Added 2 chroma variants to the skeleton fish
- Added multiple new skills, skill tiers, and skill challenges for players to complete
- As always with new skills, we reset your allocations and you will need to re-allocate them
- NPCs have skins now, starting with the ones obtained from the season pass.
- You can now move fish between tanks, instead of back to buckets only
- Added a 7th slot for a new temporary bucket slot
- Increased the temporary bucket slot length from 7 days to 12 days, with no change in price
- Added a /fish setting for ephmeral npc interactions. NOTE: trades will not be ephemeral until a later date due to last minute complications.
- Note: We have opted to hold off on eyeball bait changes for a bit longer.
Misc
- Gnome, Spaghetti Monster, and Jacky pets now have skins that can RARELY be found while hunting
- Tweaked the spawn rate of certain channel events, and added a new xp multiplier (RARELY) found in one of them
- Removed halloween content
