New Player Improvements
- Updated multiple command tutorials to mention what to do with items they found
- Updated the "new user" information embed
- Added some info for new players when opening new player packs
- Added some info to adventures for new players
- Slightly increased highlow payouts

Voting
- In anticipation of future changes, we've added top.gg back as a vote reward source
- You can view the top.gg rewards in /vote
- For January the vote levels are not changing, but they will change next month to support double the vote possibility
- There is now a timer button for freemium as well as the other two sites, showing when you can "vote" for it next
- Similar to the fight skin you have a chance to get by voting at dbl, you have a chance to get a fishing boss fight skin at top.gg. 1% chance every vote, it'll be rare!
- We now visually show which sources give access to scratch, and we revamped the vote command ui to seperate levels from rewards and give more info

- Luck server boosts went from 10 gems per minute to 8 gems per minute on the dashboard
- Luck server boosts per minute went from 25% luck to 30% luck on the dashboard
- Coin server boosts went from 250% multi to 500% multi on the dashboard
