Buff Week & Bug Fixes

• Buff week is now over! Let us know what you enjoyed about it, and what you didn't. We'll do more (but different) buff weeks in the future!

Some highlights:

• Having too many badges no longer breaks the /badges manage command
• Multiple fixes some reminders and notifications being delayed at times
• Multiple fixes to various multipliers
• A fix to skeleton key opening failures resulting in the loss of the key sometimes
• Fixed an edge case bug to the truly idle skill challenge causing it to not give the completion based on when you ran commands near the end
