Halloween Part Seven

• BOO, I'm back! MelEye MelEye

Zombie vs Ghost Event

• Added more ways to score for your team:
  • Fishing at crypt keeper's pond
  • Winning a random halloween channel event
• Rebalanced the points given per action to reduce search spam affecting this (it already wasn't equal between search and adventure, now it's even more of a gap)
  • Generally, the longer the action takes for you to do, the more points it'll give to the event... if you're looking to try and maximize your win change

Haunters Incorporated Event

• This little ghost guy snuck into the haunters incorporated event, anyone wanna claim it? A cute little Ghost
• Increased the odds for this event to spawn for today by about 2x from before

Misc

• Fixed the trick or treat slash command not being visable to run, oops! Why didn't anyone report this earlier!!!
• Only Halloween events will spawn for the time being!
