Balancing
- Charming I: Reduced from 3% to 1.5%
- We have heard lots of feedback that NPCs are becoming common to the point of annoyance, so this small tweak will dial that back a tiny bit. If you want even MORE chance than before, pair your skills with the new seasonal bait.
- Lucky Bait durability reduced from 15 to 10
- This bait is becoming incredibly common for mid-game fishers, which is fine, but we want to add a bit more of a burn to it so it's not stacking up as quickly.
- The effects of Time Keeper IV now also apply to any "absurdly rare" creatures (eg: mythical, yeti, etc)
- Increased Crappie price from 5k to 15k, to match the normal price for "Regular" fish
- Increased Snapping Turtle from 5k to 30k and from 1 xp to 2 xp, to match the normal values for "Rare" fish
- Zen Hands:
- I: 25% -> 30%
- II: 35% -> 45%
- III: 2.5% -> 3%
- IV: 1.2x -> 1.25x
- Refund Abuser:
- I: 10% -> 15%
- II: 10% -> 15%
- III: 5% -> 10%
- Friends with the Trash man
- II: 25% -> 35%
Bug Fixes

- Fixed a bug that broke holiday NPC skins
Known Issues
