Bot Update 2022.39.0

Due to an oversight we needed to change the value of some items that are sellable type items.

For example, in the last update we priced both ban hammers and meme pills at 1,000,000 base sell price each. What we didn't consider at the time was the total quantity of these. This is a great sell price for meme pills, as they're somewhat rarer (~40k in the entire bot). However, for ban hammers, they're much less rare (~840k in the entire bot). The other changes here are for similar reasons, including some things being raised in price for being rarer than they were priced at.

• Cookie: 3k -> 250
• Corncob: 500k -> 300k
• Spider: 10k -> 27k
• Fossil: 12k -> 75k
• Dragon: 50k -> 35k
• Common Fish: 1.2k -> 800
• Capybara: 100k -> 125k
• Tree: 500k -> 100k
• Ectoplasm: 1m -> 200k
• Ban Hammer: 1m -> 120k

Any sellables not listed here are still sold at their previous price from update 10.2.0. Go get that 750% multi and sell for some easy cash!
