- Removed "craft half" from /craft

Alerts
- Your last alert position is now saved (will be displayed again when you run /alert)

Profile Customization
- Added country option to profile customization
- You can either enter country code (eg "US") or country name (it is fuzzy searched)
- Profile bio setting has moved to profile customization menu
- Simple profile customization is now available for everyone!
- This includes profile bio and country settings
- The "profile customization" upgrade was renamed to "advanced profile customization"
Misc
- Added "view flows" message app (works the same as "view offers" but with flow ids)
- Added optional "page" argument to /inventory and /notifications list
- /settings and /serversettings are now sorted alphabetically
