General Refund Guidelines

Should an account engage in such behavior, we reserve the right to ban the account and any associated accounts from our services.
Refunds and LemonSqueezy
We process all payments, whether for one-off purchases or subscriptions, through LemonSqueezy. If you encounter issues with a purchase, believe a fraudulent payment has been made, or did not authorize your child to make a purchase, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or via text message to +1 (336) 666-1875. We will work to address the issue and provide a refund where appropriate.
Reasons for potential refunds:
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized payments (proof is required)
  • Delivery issues with purchased digital goods or subscription benefits
  • Payments made without the cardholder's permission
Chargebacks
We encourage all customers to reach out to us before initiating a chargeback. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues you may have. However, if a chargeback is made without first trying to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to ban the account and any associated accounts from our services. We fight all chargebacks and will take necessary measures to protect our services and our users.
