FAQ

Q: "Does the premium gem bonus also give 10% of the listed bonus gems?"

A: Yes. The 10% premium bonus will take the total of the base + bonus and give 10% of that.

Q: "Why can I only buy the Initiate's Stash or Taste of Paradise once?"

A: Because this is a limited-time offer, only available once per Discord account. There will be new offers in the future!

Q: "Do Patreon members get access to the 10% more gem feature?"

A: Yes! However, we really do suggest moving to our service. Your money goes further to getting to us, and we have more control over features!

Q: "Can I gift a purchase of gems to someone else?"

A: Yes! When purchasing a gem bundle from the store, there is a checkbox you can click to mark the purchase as a gift. Then you can enter the User ID for the person you want to gift or choose their name from the drop-down menu if you have them added as a friend on the bot. Make sure to verify the username, profile picture, and ID all match the person you intend to gift before confirming, as once it is sent it cannot be undone.

Possible issues

Issue: "My gems haven't arrived yet!"

Resolution: Please wait up to 10 minutes for gems to arrive. If it's been longer than 10 minutes, check your bank/PayPal account to make sure the payment isn't still pending. If it's been successfully paid and has been over 10 minutes, please contact us via email: help@dankmemer.gg and give us 3-5 business days to respond. We will get your gems or your refund either way!

Issue: "I bought gems on the wrong Discord account!"

Resolution: Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this situation. Gems are not transferable in any way, and this is also not covered for refunds by us. Please make sure you're logged into the correct Discord account before purchasing anything.
